施绍萍

19739月出生,教授,博士生导师/硕士生导师,研究生学历,20126月博士毕业于南昌大学。联系方式shishaoping@ncu.edu.cn。主要从事统计机器学习、蛋白质结构与功能理论预测、癌症基因组数据挖掘等生物信息学和生物统计方面的研究工作。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金2项和江西省自然科学基金2项。在数学与计算生物学权威期刊Briefings in BioinformaticsBioinformaticsJournal of Chemical Information and Modeling等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。
