报告人简介：

1. Current academic status:

Professor in Southwestern Institute of Physics Guest Professor of Sichuan University and Xihua University.

2. Education:

Graduated at Harbin Polytechnic University in 1964 Majored in Nuclear Physics. Pass EPT examination in the year 1988, sent by National Education Committee as a visiting Scholar to study at Center Canadien de Fusion Magnetique, Canada, for more than two years. Invited as a visiting scientist (above doctor degree) by Institute for Fusion Study of University of Texas at Austin, USA, in the period from October, 1992 to March, 1993. 

3. Experience:

Participate in physics design of HL-1 tokamak and noncircular tokamak in the years 1970-1984. Research on kinetic theory, MHD instabilities, current drive, plasma heating and stochastic process at SWIP during the years from 1985 to 2016. Participate in physics design of SUNIST spherical tokamak at Tsinghua University in the years 1999-2001.
