Abstract
In this talk, I will first introduce basics about Schwinger effect in QFT, i.e. particle pair production under an external field. Then a brief review of current studies of Schwinger effect within the framework of holography will be given. Finally, my work on holographic Schwinger effect in the presence of confinement and non-commutativity, together with possible generalizations and future work, will be presented.  

 

专家简介

武星，2013年加拿大University of Alberta取得博士学位。此后在中科院理论物理所从事博士后研究。2015年加入中北大学理学院，讲师。研究兴趣包括黑洞物理，AdS/CFT应用等方面。
