韩道福，男，1974年9月出生，2007年毕业于南京师范大学物理电子学专业，工学博士，教授，光学、光学工程硕士生导师，主要从事光纤激光器、光纤传感、微结构光纤、微波光子学等信息光电子相关领域研究。主持（或参与）省部级以上科研项目8项目，发表科研论文30余篇。
