 - 2004–Present: Faculty Member, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Nanchang University  

   - Promoted to Lecturer in 2006  

   - Promoted to Associate Professor in 2011  

   - Exceptionally promoted to Full Professor in 2014  

Academic Service:  

 - Editorial Board Member, Computer Engineering (a CSCD core Chinese journal)  

 - Reviewer for multiple leading domestic and international journals in the field of image and graphics processing  

 - Panel member for project review committees of China’s National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)  

Honors & Awards:  

 - Highly Cited Author by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), 2024  

 - Recipient of “Top Academic Paper” award from China’s Outstanding S&T Journals, 2020  

Key Achievements:  

 - Principal Investigator of 3 completed national-level research projects; co-investigator (ranked second) on 2 additional national projects; led 2 provincial-level projects to completion
